MoveCall ("we", "us", "our") provides a marketing website and subscription-based platform for moving/logistics companies, including an AI voice assistant. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Scope
This Policy applies to your use of movecall.io, our related websites, and any products, features, or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or integrations that are governed by their own privacy policies.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Contact Data: name, company, email address, phone number, and password/credentials you provide when creating an account or contacting support.
- Payment Data: billing details (e.g., card type, last 4 digits, billing address) processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring/exit pages, timestamps, feature interactions, and error diagnostics.
- Support & Communications:messages, emails, and metadata related to your interactions with our team.
- AI Voice Assistant Data (if you use it):audio streams, transcriptions, call metadata (e.g., caller number, duration), and prompts necessary to provide the feature. Where required by law, you are responsible for obtaining consent from call participants before recording.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies:authentication cookies, session state, and analytics cookies. See “Cookies & Tracking” below.
- Data from Service Providers:information from our processors (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage/auth, Vercel for hosting, and analytics providers) to operate and secure the Services.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services and user experience.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- Enable AI voice assistant features, including transcription and call handling.
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
- Analyze performance and usage to guide product decisions.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Services), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (for certain analytics, marketing, or recordings where required).
Sharing & Disclosures
We share information as follows:
- Service Providers/Processors:including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data/storage/auth), Vercel (hosting), analytics, and communications tools. They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process information outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and usage.

AI Voice Assistant
- You are responsible for complying with call recording and consent laws applicable to your use case and jurisdiction.
- Audio and transcripts are used to deliver the feature and to maintain service quality. We do not use your audio to train public models without your permission.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may impact functionality.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email or within the product.
